Al Enjazat Technical Works was founded in 1992 and from the beginning, specialize in repairing and service of fuel injection pump and injectors of Diesel vehicles and Equipment.
The company started as repairing center with locally purchase of spareparts for our use from local suppliers Nozzles, delivery valves, plungers and barrels.
With the time we started cooporation with European manufactures to provide the best price for our clients with gainning trust. We are experts in Bosch, Caterpillar, Zexel,Denso,Delphi, and Stanadyne.

Our Services
- Testing of common rail injectors includes verifying electrical solenoids are working correctly.
- IFT Bench will test electrical, leakage, nozzle opening pressure, spray pattern, return and delivery.
- We use fresh, pristine fuel and oil for testing. This test removes the possibility of injector failure due to upstream electrical failure
(for example: bad FICM, poor oil, lift pump pressure, high pressure oil pump efficiency). - We carry reseal kits and or o-rings and tip gaskets to reseal injectors after testing
- Common rail injectors are not repairable.
- We carry a range of new and replacement remanufactured injectors.
Using our new state-of-the-art EPS 205 Bosch High Pressure Common Rail Test Stand, we are able to quickly and accurately test most common rail injectors.
- Testing of common rail injectors includes verifying electrical solenoids are working correctly.
- Our 205 bench will test fuelling at pre-injection, idle, partial load, full load, leak test and 2 emissions points.
- We use fresh, pristine fuel and oil for testing. This test removes the possibility of injector failure due to upstream electrical failure (for example: bad FICM, poor oil, lift pump pressure, high pressure oil pump efficiency).
- We carry reseal kits and or o-rings and tip gaskets to reseal injectors after testing
- Common rail injectors are not repairable.
- We carry a range of new and replacement remanufactured injectors.
- Diesel and Gasoline Mechanical Injector testing
- Pop tested — the process of testing fuel injectors to see at what pressure they spray fuel. The injectors should pop at the manufacturers recommended pressure so it creates a proper atomized spray pattern.
- We use fresh, pristine fuel and oil for testing. This test removes the possibility of injector failure due to upstream electrical failure
(for example: bad FICM, poor oil, lift pump pressure, high pressure oil pump efficiency).
- Testing of HEUI injectors includes fuel delivery at start fuel, idle, partial load and full load.
- We use fresh, pristine fuel and oil for testing. This test removes the possibility of injector failure due to upstream electrical failure
(for example: bad FICM, poor oil, lift pump pressure, high pressure oil pump efficiency). - We carry complete injector reseal kits
- HEUI injectors are not repairable.
- We carry a range of replacement remanufactured injectors.
- Testing of EUI injectors includes fuel delivery at start fuel, idle, partial load and full load.
- We use fresh, pristine fuel and oil for testing. This test removes the possibility of injector failure due to upstream electrical failure (for example: bad FICM, poor oil, lift pump pressure, high pressure oil pump efficiency).
- EUI injectors can be tested for spray pattern
- We carry complete injector reseal kits
- EUI injectors are not repairable.
- We carry a range of replacement remanufactured injectors.
