You can boot into Safe Mode via three methods on Windows 11, but you should only use Safe Mode if you need it.
This is because Safe Mode allows you to tamper with system files, and therefore may cause damage to the system that you need to reinstall.
Use Settings to boot into Safe Mode.
You can use Windows 11 settings to boot into safe mode by following these steps.
Head to the Settings app in Windows 11, then tap on System Settings, and then Restore ( Recovery).
Then click on Restart Now in Advanced Boot Mode.
This choice causes the device to restart to boot into advanced mode, and when the device returns to work, click on Troubleshoot option > Advanced options.
Then Startup Settings , then Restart, and then look in the menu that appears on Safe Mode.
Use the restart selection.
You can access Safe Mode by restarting the computer as usual, so go to the Start menu and then restart.
Then hold the Shift button while selecting Restart from the power menu and dont release shift button until after a few seconds.

After that, Again click on the advance, and when the computer boots up again, choose the number 4, which is the safe boot mode.
In the next screen you will find a few different options, click on Startup Settings > Restart.

By forcing the computer to restart.
You can force the computer to reboot to shutdown and then boot again in safe mode or boot repair mode as you wish.
Press the power button of the computer until it turns off, then press the power button again to turn it on, and when the computer brand appears, press the power button for 30 seconds to turn off your computer again.
After that, turn on the computer and let it boot up normally, and when it returns to work, you will see the advanced boot interface.
